Since taking Fivelac, I've noticed a difference in my energy level and overall health. I take two packets a day with water - one in the morning and one in the evening. The flavor and texture are not my favorite, but it isn't awful by any meands and there is no aftertaste. I've taken probiotics in pill form in the past and none of them hold a candle to Fivelac.
