I've never been the type to enjoy working out til now. I love how the game continually motivates you and lets you pause anytime to take a breather. My goal is to drop 30lbs by not only playing this game but also changing my eating habits. I also bought 2 25lb dumbells to use with the game as well for the arm exercises. I haven't gone in far enough to see if there is custom music but right now I've been listening to my sirius xm radio while the game volume comes out of my tv.
So again for owning this for 2 days I'm quite impressed and I'm so far enjoying the game and I would highly recommend this.
